Description
The Crown Chandelier is a real jewel that absolutely shimmers underneath when lit. The central components of this antique—main body, arms and bobeches—are made of cast brass, resulting in a very heavy light—almost 14 pounds! It sports great detail, from the raised flowers underneath and finely molded ceiling cap to the rope-like center support and ornate tassel and finial. All that beautiful brass is accented by vibrant red and blue paint, of which there is minimal loss. The Crown Chandelier has a drop of about 30 inches and is about 20 inches wide. Do note that there is significant loss/scratches to the brown paint that covers the the top of the hooded sockets and one socket does have a small dent. While we can’t find a maker’s mark, the Crown is a quality chandelier, a piece certainly fit for royalty.
