The Palmetto Sconces represent some of the best you’ll find in polychrome finishes. This trio’s gold base is accented with vibrant greens and reds, and offset by the black crackle finish in the sconces’ bulbous center. While these antiques do have some paint loss, its minimal considering their age. They’ve been rewired and sport new sockets; the turn knobs have been disabled. The Palmetto Sconces are about 10-inches tall, about 6-inches wide, and have 3-inch-tall candlestick covers. The third sconce is pictured on the black velvet background. Note that its turn knob has a slightly different finish on it. These luscious lights remind us of the open courtyard mansions and lush green foliage of Florida.
