Description
The best of Art Nouveau ideals come alive in The Cascading Lily, named for the flowers crowning the top of the five decorative side panels. This is a heavy piece that combines possibly pot metal elements with intricate pressed metal. It has a modest drop of 18 inches and is 20 inches wide. The chandelier has surface wear commensurate with its age, especially on the light socket housings. A couple of the housings are bent at a slightly sharper angle than the others, but this appears to be an original quirk of the light. In all original condition (with new wiring, of course), The Cascading Lily is a stunning piece showcasing the craftsmanship of a bygone era.
